An overview on Directories

Directory submissions are great ways to help with Search Engine Optimization efforts for a web site which in term helps a site's SERP. This is no news as it is known throughout most SEO communities. However, with all of these new and "so called" gurus claiming that they know anything about them they've also stirred up a lot of confusion behind the truth on "how" to do it correctly for it to help. I've also had my share of take on it previously with directory submission as well.

Through my video today I will explain to you what paid directories, regular directory submission, and directory submission services are in black and white. Without repeating myself from what's been said on the video, one thing to keep reminding yourself is that manual directory submission by yourself is always the best way to go.

Now, the next question that you may have is where or which directories do I submit? Although there are a ton of lists out there, here's a list to help you start:

http://www.best-web-directories.com/directory-list.htm

I'll keep the post short but just check out the video, I think it already explains a lot of it in depth. A lot of how you make money on the web has to do with how you optmize your site and make your audience king! Believe me, besides optimizing your site making audience king is one of the most simple concept in the book and sadly 80% of the web companies or sites are far worse in comparison with regular shops in both maintenance and customer service. - Swapw

Making Money Smart Survey

Guys, I'm out again and I won't be back before Monday. This time it is for my brother's graduate school graduation. Yes, I am getting old and as I am attending his graduate school graduation I felt a bit tired and I can sense my age is slowly creeping up to me. He's graduated today with a masters degree from Urbana Champaign in the business school majoring in Finance. I hate to slow things down but I guess since I'm on the road, my posts will not be as consistant as I would like it to be.

However, I feel that it's also probably a great time to do a quick poll on the subject that YOU would most like hearing about. I broke it down to five categories below. Let me know.

1. Generalized money details throughout the web
2. Web site enhancements to to assist web money generating
3. Combination of both
4. Combination of both and my personal money making journey reports
5. Other _______

Let me know through your comments and I will take it into serious consideration and enhance the site into another level when I get back to my apartment to move forth in our money making tutorials. Have a great weekend! :)

Adbux review UPDATED

To see this video with caption, click here!

Recently, there has been a reader that has posted the question about Adbux being fradulent in their activities both towards their users as well as it's a scam overall since it was made by the same person that made Netbux.org. His name according to this reader is Chad French and he is indeed a scam artist.

Before I go into the specifics, we really have to remember that with companies like Adbux we are literally surfing for penniess! Yes, they are free but then they are pennies! As I have recommended before, these penny surfing companies should be taken with a grain of salt and should not be anyone's primary source of income for obvious reasons. To go into the specifics of whether Adbux is just money making scam, let's break it down into a few points.

Is it a huge scam that's about to explode? I thought it be a good chance to provide my readers with a review about Adbux as a company. There are three concerns posted by the reader:

1. It scams users from their payment
2. It uses similar techniques as Netbux.org
3. There's no way for
Adbux themselvs to generate income through their operations

Adbux.org was registered with a host called Dreamhost, a web hosting company that is located in CA in the middle of April of this year. Looking at Dreamhost from the size of their web site as well as their offerings in web hosts, it is considerably cheap in comparison with its competitors. The service aside, it certainly fits into the category which Adbux would fall under. To put it in simple terms, a small intial budgetd company.

When a small budgetd company provides payment could be proven to be a lot more difficult. Since
Adbux has a total membership of 40k members, withj a small staff which operates the company this could mean a simple payout can take sometime to process anything period and you should not be surprised. The main point here is that although there's a three day delay in most payments, they still PAY!

Adbux is NOT like
Netbux. Netbux.org is in actuality a lotto web site. It essentially targets two different niches, I have explained it extensively in my video but the operation from Netbux seems a bit larger scale due to its open advertisement to potential advertisers where as Adbux utilizes advertising companies such as Adengage which is a company similar with Adsense type advertisements. Again, we see some difference here as well.

Whether
Adbux can sustain themselves or not through their ad campaign, to me this is a very hard and touchy topic. Sure they do not charge a high fee for advertisers to display their ads, but there are few things to keep in mind. We do assume that Adbux members do not surf these ads themselves as well as these ads are not directly from Adbux members themselves. This area can get pretty tricky for advertisers themselves, but as surfer ourselves since we are not putting in any money there's really nothing we can really lose out here.

Verdict:
From the evidence that
I can see or tell, I find no signs of scam for web surfers going into Adbux. However, as the sky is looking blue anything can always change overnight. What I feel should be the center of attention for users is to use Adbux with a grain of salt. Focusing on the big money such as writing articles for web sites and etc. Having income from Adbux is always great as extra, but don't put your whole life around it and put your eyes on where the big money is at!

* Details of Adbux and scam (0:34 - 1:12)

* Informationals on Adbux (1:13 - 3:20)

Adsense keyword implementation

Since displaying the magic keywords for people to earn big bucks from Adsense, it is only logical to come to the next question following. How then do I implement these keywords into my Adsense advertisement? Afterall, it only makes sense to advertise the big bucks right? $20 per click versus $0.30 per click, who would want to put an ad that only pays you $0.30 right?

Before I go on about providing you some practical details about it, I do have to first apologize about my post yesterday. As I have encountered problems myself in implementing blidgets myself with REVVER, however that is not to discredit the influence and the power it still has if it is correctly implemented into your web page. I will for certain provide the details once I have everything sorted out in a separate blog later this week.

Now back into Google Adsense...what should you do? Well, the answer to this question may be a lot more simpler then you think. Your Google Adsense ads are really in relations to the topic that you talk about in your web site or blog. For example, if you paid attention to the sites that talked about money..the ads are usually revolves around money. However, if the web site talks about dogs the chances are that the Google Adsense ads will be in relations to dogs as well.

So yup, it's that easy and everyone is free to write whatever they want over the web. But remember, what's the point of writing if you're writing a topic that the majority of the populations have shown no interested in reading right? It's a double edge sword, but then again...you have to decide for yourself. Good luck! :)
